Citadel Pest Control will be here between 8:30am- 10:30am for their monthly service.  Anyone interested in the exterminator visiting your unit, please let the office know so that we can put you on the list. If your are not able to stay home, please make sure to make arrangements to have someone at your home on that day and time; management will not give the exterminator access to your unit if you are not able to make arrangements.

The cost for the service is $15.00 if you pay in cash or $16.26 if you pay by check, this fee includes tax. If you choose to pay by check, please make the check out to: Citadel Pest Control.
